12-month commitment $400 month + applicable taxes (Upgrade: 24-hour access = $25 month) 
6-month commitment $450 month + applicable taxes (Upgrade: 24-hour access = $50 month) 
3-month commitment $500 month + applicable taxes (Upgrade: 24-hour access = $75 month) 
(membership is month to month after minimum commitment is reached)

• Unlimited days a week of golf simulator usage for same house-hold members (includes Puttview) 
• Golf event participation (men, women, couples, juniors) 
• 1 free golf lesson a month  
  • 1 golf lesson total amongst same house-hold members per month
